UNVEILED WEDDING SHOW

💳 Payment Details

Accepted Methods: Venmo, Zelle, or Check*

   Check Policy- Payable to:

   National Association of Wedding Professionals – Gulf Coast

   and are valid only after bank clearance of funds.

🗓️ Booth Reservation & Deadlines

Deposit: 50% required to reserve a booth if before August10, 2025. 

  Final Payment Due: August 10, 2025 @ midnight (EDT)

Late Fee: $50 will be charged for overdue balances

Unpaid Booths: Subject to resale after deadline date.

No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable.

🛍️ Booth Policies

Exhibition: Vendors may only showcase their own products/services and     there will be NO booth sharing.

Setup Deadline: Booth must be set-up completely by 11:30 AM on       

   September 7, 2025, morning of show.

Breakdown Restriction: No booth teardown before 4:00 PM on show day.

Updates: Watch the event webpage for setup times and instructions.

📋 Insurance & Conduct

Liability Insurance: Submit a copy to NAWP – Gulf Coast Team

Standards: Unethical conduct, misrepresentation, or misconduct may result in booth closure. 

Disclaimer: NAWP & affiliates not responsible for damages, theft, or hardships.

🎁 Vendor Contributions

Door Prize: Minimum $50 value. Be sure to include business name,

      description of prize, and value.

Swag Bag Items: Small gifts and Swag paraphenalia must be submit

   by August 25, 2025. Drop-off location and collector to be announced.  

   Quantity of Swag Bags to be determined once approximate counts can 

    be determined. 

📝 Agreement Terms

Verbal Agreements: Not honored

Changes to Contract: Must be in writing

Show Guarantees: Require written or photographed consent attached

    to the Vendor Application

Vendor Selection: Unfortunately are "first come, first served."

Vendors will not be given any exclusivity.
